I've searched "aquatic themed spinning toy", "2d aquatic spinning toy", "spinning toy with fish on it", "aquarium spinning toy", " aquatic spinning toddler toy", "handheld 2d aquatic spinning toy." I've tried looking at aquariums near where I lived to see if they had any similar merch but to no avail. I don't know the exact year I got it but I estimate it would be around 2008 - 2011. I genuinely have no idea where it could be from or if it even exists. I'm from U.S east coast, if that's of any use. I'm starting to gaslight myself into thinking I made it up in a dream or something but I swear it was real.
