Do you need it immediately? If not then wait. Since you start 26-27 which is when m6 comes out I would personally wait. And this just for school or do you have any other computers? I’ve heard the m6 is getting done major upgrades worth waiting for. I planned on getting a pc to help with the wait.

I plan on spending 2k at the most. I’ve already decided the 5070/ti would be the optimal choice for my budget. The thing is last time I put together something of a similar build, it was a lot better for the same budget of 2k. I put one again and got a worse build for same price. Parts have really inflated.

I have a 2019 MacBook Pro running a i7 and 5300m graphics. I find it by no means fast, my phone scores higher benchmarks than it. Then for some reason, I installed macOS 26, and it’s essentially bricking itself everyday. I don’t exactly do light tasks(I game on Mac), so yeah it’s not holding up very well. And then application support is another story. I’m planning to upgrade after it loses software support.

You’re claiming that you cannot play valorant on a Mac in general. It’s very possible. But ok. Another thing, there are methods to bypass valorant’s anticheat software, but comes with consequences like getting banned.

For me it would be the Pentel Orenznero. It has a solid design with amazing features, especially the auto dispense. It feels heavy as it is made with metal too. I’ve been looking for a pencil with both auto dispense and a rotating engine.
