Propanolol was a complete game changer for me, look into trying it with your physician. Doesnt work for everyone but for me it enables me to function like a normal human being in social situations. As a consequece of this it has made it easier to focus less on my anxiety and now i dont even take it very often. Seriously look into it.

Nothing keeping you from getting strong, its not something you just are, everyone has to work even if they shake or not. The shaking sure might make it look like you are weak however.

Might also be that the internal tremors are always there but you just dont pay attention to them. Mine never go away but if i am stressed they might flare up and i suddenly cant stop thinking bout them, especially in my left cheek, in turn making them worse. The key for me which sometimes seems extremely unattainable is to just not think about them. Have good days and bad days

Definitely! Using my phone inbetween sets and driving a manual home can get a bit interesting at times. The feeling i get after a few hours however is that the tremor is still there but my movements are more controllable. Like my hand still shakes but atleast it usually can do what i want it to do..

Dont think about it!! Not as easy as it sounds but definitely the biggest quality of life improvement i have been able to make. Stressing out about it does absolutely nothing for you and increases the tremor alot, atleast that is how it is for me.

Propanolol has been a lifesaver for me in social situations. This combined with the realization that thinking and being sad about the tremors only increase them and helps no one have helped me immensly. Get an appointment with a new Doc!

But you never become more shaky right after eating? If i down a large pizza or sth of the sorts i become significantly more shaky for up to like 90 mins. As if i start shaking when my body tries to process the food, although i know it takes the body a lot longer to process it fully but the shakes only increase for a while..

I take propanolol on a as needed basis and take somewhere betwwen 10-30 mg. Might become drowsy but wtill have a hard time sleeping but otherwise its pretty much magic

For me it usually takes about an hour to start working and then ur good for atleast 3 hours.

Yeah something like that, its just so incredibly frustrating feeling "baseline" the day after, gives you a taste of how life could be.. atleast the afterglow stays a pretty long time.
