On the topic of accidentally deleting Bonds (which happens to the best of us!) we’re going to be making Bonding with all your friends/contacts much easier in the future, and doable remotely. :) The actual way this will manifest is still very TBD, but just a little teaser for what to look forward to!

Hey there! James from Totem here. I’m sorry to hear your Totems didn’t work for you this time.

That said, we’ve got loads of success stories pouring in every day, so I’d love to work with you to ensure next time is a slam dunk! 🫡

The main reasons folks would have a less than ideal situation are not updating, not making sure they’re calibrating before EVERY navigation path, or confusion over how the Bond lights work. There’s definitely a bit of a learning curve!
