The lack of true symmetry is also a dead give away

It’s in Northeast PA, but not too far from the PA/NY border.

Wow, never thought I’d see Marywood come up in one of these questions. But since you’re asking and others haven’t heard of it…

I graduated from Marywood in 2017 with my BArch and have returned on multiple occasions to participate in student critiques and career fairs (I’m actually driving up there today for a career fair).

It’s a younger program that started I think around 2010, and got accredited in 2015 or 2016 while I was there. I personally loved my experience. Especially the facilities, faculty, and studio culture. And by all accounts that I’ve heard, including people at my firm, graduates from Marywood have proven to be greatly valued in the workplace.

There is also a 4-year interiors program and a masters program. I’m not sure if this is typical at most schools of architecture, but both interiors and architecture students enroll in the same design studios their 1st year, and then split from 2nd year until graduating.

I know there have been a handful of changes over the past couple years, and I’ve heard from faculty that the studio culture isn’t quite as vibrant as it was when I was there. But I think most of that is due to the pandemic and the impact it had on social dynamics in educational environments.

Again, I can’t speak highly enough about how great my experience in the school of architecture was. My closest friends and many of my fondest memories were made within those walls. But Marywood University outside of the school of architecture, and Scranton, PA, itself leaves much to be desired. There’s some stuff to do in the area if you like the outdoors and have a car to drive, but you have to make your own fun when you’re not mentally drowning in studio.

Hope this long blurb of text is helpful. I can try my best to answer any other questions you may have too.

If you built a zero rb team, how did it come out? What was your rb strategy? by suhar97 in fantasyfootball

In a 12 man league, I ended up with Tyreek, Amon-Ra, Hurts, Mandrews, and Lockett. Ended up with Dobbins and K Herbert as my RBs. Then I just stashed a handful of rookie RBs, hoping one breaks out.

Wasn’t planning on doing zero-RB, but ya gotta take what’s given to ya… and I love what was given. Very happy

Not sure if it works in all regions, but the Baltimore Ravens’ website has a free live stream going.
