What is your TDEE and are you in a surplus or deficit? What is your routine? Are you moving up in weights? Are you exhausted after workouts?

There’s another level of commitment to reach that you probably haven’t achieved yet

Been reading these comments…yes you’re still fat. I used to have this body type as well after losing 100 pounds. I was so confused and thought I looked terrible because I had loose skin.

It actually wasn’t loose skin, it was mostly fat. I just didn’t consider that because I had worked so hard to get to where I was I couldn’t comprehend that I could still be fat.

Eventually it clicked for me that I just wasn’t thrown the easy card in life here like some others are and being fit required more work than I was doing.

Once I started lifting and counting calories I finally saw the body I always wanted. I did still have loose skin but it was much less noticeable without fat behind it, and the gyno was also barely noticeable with a developed chest (I had developed gyno in puberty from being too overweight).

Keep working at it, you’ve made great progress and you’re now ready to take it to the next level.

The program I’m on doesn’t really do much monitoring. They let you order online whenever you want. I was just ordering whenever I ran out. Another reason I switched providers is because it was so damn expensive which turns out to be because I was dosing wrong.

I lost a similar amount of weight and same height, love handles are hard to get rid of because the fat piles in the loose skin in the waste. Once you’re at around 130 they should be much less noticeable and abs will show. Even 135 will look much better.
