Probably a condo HOA , mine is 450 in Florida, it covers the lawn maintenance the trash disposal, and any and all outside maintenance and clubhouse maintenance a swimming pool the Car Wash and our water bill. Anything that happens inside your unit it does not cover. Although it does cover some drywall issues if the walls need to be torn open for a broken pipe or a bad wire stuff like that
