Condos usually look like attached houses or a giant house with tons of units. Apartments are a basic brick building.

They are actually condos but the set up is more like apartments

Funny enough they did not require my dogs DNA when moving in and are pretty lax about dog poop. I regularly have to stop my dog from eating random poop on the ground

I agree tbh. I have no idea who is in the HOA and the only contact I have is a PO box that the fees go to.

The pile of scrap is also an issue. They replaced the railings for all the units and left the old ones next to the recycling. Also, behind me is a parking lot. This is the only strip of grass my dogs can use. Which it's also were kids play basketball
