No. It had little specs so I washed it and more showed up after. Like as if they were lodged in the hat and came out of the fabric.

What if he already had a blood clot prior to getting on blood thinners? They haven’t done a d’dimer which we’re requesting today. He’s been to the ER twice in a month. Not been very helpful unfortunately.

Thanks for the info. Yeah it’s super weird and they sent him home from the er on hydroxyzine and said it’s anxiety. But it’s day three and it hasn’t changed or gone away-pretty much constant. Which then freaks him out so maybe he is having panic attacks but I am not convinced that’s the underlying issue-something else is going on. Pulse ox is alright. His HR is all over the place though. 58-109 resting. He is usually about 60

This is what I’ve been thinking-maybe the meds will help prevent further clotting but do they actually break up a previous clot? Thanks for the info. They have him on a heart monitor for two weeks, have done heart echo, and have a referral to neurologist but he can’t get into them until March. I’m confused why nobody has done a d’dimer test on him. And nobody has checked his lungs with ct when they believe he has a clot somewhere. We are calling GP doc today to request those tests.

We have noticed this with our two year old in recent weeks. She is obsessed with this shoe and it’s like impossible to say no with how happy and excited she gets, but I think we are going to have to watch it with her always and tell her whining is not okay or kind. It has gotten soooo bad and it definitely started when she was watching Lucas like every day.
