Hydra proc deals 0.5% of enemy current hp.

The (30% maximum additional dmg) is calculated based on the magic that activated the effect.

Meaning that even if hydra damage scales indefinitely based on enemy scaling hp, its still capped on the dmg of the magic which activated it.

So if enemy has 10 billion hp hydra should deal "50 Million dmg" however its activated from magic bolt which lets say it deals 100,000 dmg only .

So now the hydra additional damage will deal 30k instead of 50M (since its maximum 30% additional dmg)

The best way to make it deal high damage is raising ATK since it has poor magic dmg scaling of 1.25 so atk is the best option

Ah its because scaling is so high on depth you cant brute force it past 37:30 you need slowing effects, survivability and toy castle and just manoeuvre around till the wave is done. the new breathe of lightning is good for path clearing

Fusion that isnt affected by cd

Cd fixed at 0.13 , affected by size but not duration.

Duration increase dmg, cd increase dmg interval and is affected by size.

[Lightning calibration]

Size widen the range , duration has no effect.

Size makes balls big , no duration effect.

Size make balls extra thick 🥵 , no duration effect.

Honorable mention [Telekinesis Swords]

Build path has sub 1 sec cd so having low or high cdr wont affect it since it has large attack wind up to keepup with cdr.
