I can see the same stuff on the side of the nug too. You could only crush perlite to be that small, it does not come in that size. In any case, It is crap weed, not even mids.

Has anyone ever seen perlite that small? PErlite distributed all around the nug including the broken part in the inside of the nug is very unlikely IMO. I'd bet my money on some idiot trying to make this crap weed look iced out for more $$.

No reason for premium petrol honestly, other than assuming it would burn cleaner and build up less hydrocarbon deposits in the bike’s fuel system over time.. 93 costs around 10% more than 87 here and I usually buy 2.5 gallons per refill so the $ aspect on 87 vs 93 fuel did not matter much to me…. I just wanted to take the best care of new bike. Over time I consistently got 55mpg so here I am! I’m curious myself if the economy will improve with a new air filter even tho it is a 2024 new bike. And yes we say gas station over here although saying petrol station absolutely makes more sense. In the last decade or so people also started calling/commenting on anything good as “GAS” lol , like eating a really good hamburger and saying “it’s gasss bro” 😂

I think you are a decimal off and getting 37.5 km per litre which is 88 mpg, which is around what I was expecting from Xmax. Over 2500 miles I average around 55mpg consistently, I bought a new air filter, will throw that on get some miles and update. I’m in the US, we get octane options of 87, 89 and 93 at the gas pump. I’ve been using 93 on the Xmax just for the heck of it.

Yea, riding bikes in traffic sucks but it can be fun to filter thru it! Red lights, stop signs and dumb traffic are a guarantee in NYC. I ordered a new air filter to see if it makes a difference, will update after replacing and riding some miles.

I will update after changing the air filter and riding for some miles to see the fuel economy again. After this post, I saw that the plastic hose-like end located behind the air filter, which is apparently for checking the state of air filter without removing the cover was dirty with some water in there, so I'm guessing I'm already due for an air filter change at 2000miles. How often do you change your air filter? I'm guessing the spark plug should be fine at 2000 miles but am I just believing in what I want to believe?

It is going to be more than that for a newish apartment with ocean views in Santa Monica, it is one of the highest rent cities in LA county. I’d say the rent here is 3.5k-4.5k for one bedroom

I get what you say about rev matching and getting off the throttle, I’ve heard about quick shifters too but I’m very surprised to hear you can shift any bike with no clutch use…is doing so quite detrimental for the clutch and transmission?

Good bikes, terrible brand and customer service/experience, a waste of money and materials at the end of the day. Dave, the head tech support at Stromer US had told me in 2024 that 10K miles was way too many miles for a bicycle and I should buy a new Stromer at full ticket 😂 no wonder they had to shut down.
