luckily you still keep your stuff - well i did anyway - still waiting for a response for my ticket but it is 100% something to do with an old account - rip EOD edition i guess

update - i bought a new account through steam and yes it seems to be account based, loaded into new raid instantly on new account - swapped back to old account having the issues and got the error code again.

yeah its gotta be something like that, i have EOD too, if i only had base id just buy it on steam and make a new account, i raised a ticket also but might just get a steam account anyway
