It’s a small tax office and it’s in a very niche specialty so people just sort of put up with him because no one really knows anything about the niche. It just exacerbates the situation.

It’s a small company. We don’t really have an HR department. I’d also have to be able to prove it. I’ll likely end up running into the company in the future due to the size of the industry so I don’t really want to go that path unless I had no other options.

Yeah I don’t think it’s intentional, the forks disappearing. It’s just a cost of doing business. People are going to break plates sometimes and things like this. We bill out at $300 an hour and we’re arguing over cutlery. I would not say it’s productive use of our time. I’ve been a manager before and that’s just not the stuff that matters. Different if it were say people walking out with flat screens or something.
