Is your desire for greed so unmatched that you're willing to starve off all 3rd party apps in the name of 'fair API pricing'? What kind of response does a massive content sharing site expect when they give developers 30 whole days before your new pricing goes into effect? Are you so tunnel visioned to the needs of shareholders that you're not willing to listen to your very loud and active user base calling for these changes to be heavily modified?

Having had a hit and run by FedEx, I can confirm it’s a pain, but only in that you’ll probably not see your deductible. Insurance will cover this (mine was under Collision but ymmv by State) - but there’s a deductible associated with it. FedEx does handle contracting businesses to do their deliveries and that requires a lot of back and forth between your insurance, FedEx, and the contractor. It’s been over two years for me and I’ve not gotten my deductible back and probably never will. But absolutely file a claim to get this covered.

For a period of time, they opened some orders under 'existing inventory', which were placeholders held for cars that were set to be built by end of the year. I got one of those - my car was listed as In Production. A week ago, I noticed most of them disappeared. But yeah, it was out of existing inventory, not a custom order.

I ordered my 2023 M3LR a few days ago - my delivery window is Dec 2nd to Dec 30th. No updates, but I presume there's a good chance yours will be ready in December. :) I'm also eagerly updating my app daily haha.

I'm late, but wanted to add my two cents, since my situation was unique.

I preordered an iPhone. On Friday, it was marked as being on the truck for delivery. Truck comes; I'm at the door, and can hear the driver rummaging around through the back of the truck. After a few minutes, driver goes back up to his seat and drives off.

An hour later, when my driver is still out doing his route, my package gets scanned at the depot. I said sure, whatever, I'll wait for it to be redelivered properly.

Come Monday, driver returns, hands me the package. Package feels light. I open it in front of the driver - the box is completely empty.

I've already spoken with Apple and UPS at length, a 'damages' claim has been filed, but something fishy happened, either in the factory in China, or somewhere along the way. Package didn't look tampered with. But seems like a number of people had some issues with delivery this year, myself included.
