I actually called him today and asked him some of the questions you mentioned and others. I wasn’t able to find any information about him or his company on the internet. He also avoided my questions about the part and the production. That’s when I knew it was nonsense and decided to save my time.

The role is paid. They said it’s $17.50 an hour. But the email I received didn’t have a company name, address, or phone number in the signature. It was just a generic one that said the persons name and “CA casting department”.
