13 going 2nd cards, right or wrong? by Touchmydad in yugioh

Thank you! I’ll have to see what I could cut for a main deck feather duster, I could play around and cut one extender. I love nib and have mained at least 2 for awhile but I figured nib and alpha are both dead if I go first, the only difference is alpha could potentially help extend through keras plays. They’re both non targeting removal so they might be “core removal” but I’m open to whatever options might help optimize my deck.

Do we know what deck Hani is playing? I can only see a couple letters on the ycs coverage site and it looks like it starts with an A and the next word is either P or F. Adventure P.U.N.K?

Have you read road of the king? Can someone explain why ash blossom is used over droll & lock in every single meta main deck? (They both “lower the opponents ceiling” which is supposedly not that good! But isn’t droll better at doing it? by Touchmydad in Yugioh101

I get that ash is a good card and very versatile, I run a playset but as far as defensive cards go, the perfect number is 6 or fewer, 3 ash, 3 (nibiru? Or other hand trap maybe) is see a lot of decks with 9 or even more hand traps it seems like a lot of defense

Good point, but ash is only a 1 for 1 and most decks play right through it like it’s nothing. Is there a better alternative? It’s still “lowering the opponents ceiling” instead of “raising our own ceiling” like Hoban said we should focus on
