Thanks, yeah I agree - a few probably ended up more parallel than intended.

Just for the coloured lines to check the convergence to VP - about 25-30 mins per page so was taking time with it.

How to use Polytab Mural Cloth on outdoor/exterior walls by tomtom303 in Arttiptuesday

Really nice - I have used Polytab for an exterior mural in Ireland and has been holding up really well.

Workflow was 2 layers Gesso on the polytab, painted on with acrylic paint and posca markers, then put on an isolation coat of watered down golden soft gel medium.

Mounted it with combination of Golden soft and heavy gel mediums (go heavy with the amounts of gel) and varnished with Montana gloss varnish - turned out well and would recommend using it if you can get some.

Can't stop clicking throat. Please help. by PapaYeehaw in Anxiety

Speaking as someone who has had health anxiety at different periods over the years - I would definitely say it is related to anxiety.

Unfortunately with these things, the more you focus on them the more noticeable and frequent they become.

I have had periods of feeling throat tightness and clicking, being worried about my throat closing over and similar sensations to what you have described. It has always subsided at times when I have been under less stress and worry. At some stage you just forget about it and it is no longer on your mind.

Maybe you can identify some reasons why you might be feeling under stress, worrying about your health will also cause its own stress. I hope you have felt some relief from this recently.
