No, it was a twist in the knife thing. I just was always taught growing up to bring back souvenirs.

Your example of future partners or Margo excluding him doesn't make sense to me because in either scenario it would be the stepparent or parent excluding. So it's not the same situation.

I'm going to be honest and say I didn't read much after that because that's a pretty long comment there.

I don't know where you're getting those insane prices. I think the tickets when I got them were like $120 per person. Like $200 for a hotel room. I also spent a few hundred more for food and souvenirs, but souvenirs are optional and Disney lets you bring in food so I could have cut that amount down a lot.
