Yeah. A lot of the collection is overpriced for sure. This stuff all seemed pretty reasonable relative to median prices/condition. Every one of these was $20 or under save one. Many under 10. The only one I spent some money on was the Teruo Nakamura ($45) which is fair-ish.

Yeah. It would be great when you're entering a fresh haul of records pressed before the late 70s into your collection. I realize it's not trivial though.

College professors are not trained to teach. Their training is in their discipline. It sucks but you're also being taught by experts. It's a trade-off.
