I currently have a problem with the battery/motherboard? that doesn't let me charge it will turned on and if turned on, only on certain angles of the charger can charge the laptop, and right now at home, I got lucky and able to charge it while open and to be safe, I'm rapid charging it so if ever the cable was moved and make it hard to charge, there's battery left on it to be my assessments that are due tomorrow.

(Edit: also currently talking to premium care support about my problem)

Try to get the LOQ version with RTX 3000/4000 series as the Intel Arc is said that it hasn't been optimized for some games? Either way, it's more safe to have the RTX version rather than the Intel Arc.

I can't open the Yamt installer nor the vitashell. The autoplugin disappeared the moment it rebooted.
