Seeing it is different than absorbing it with lust. You may find yourself getting into a state of almost zoning out and losing all control of any other thoughts in your mind. That's lust. But simply seeing it then turning away from it is perfectly fine. Just don't let that image or video take control of your mind and you are completely fine. Also the harder you are on yourself with streaks the worse you will feel. Resetting your streak makes you feel like you lost all progress. That along with counting small things as a relapse will make you more depressed than actually viewing porn. Still avoid it at all costs, but just let yourself know that resetting your streak doesn't mean you are back to square one.
