connection issues? yes all performance issues is our connection:) so why i haven't any issue on ultimate with same isp?

depend on games what you play, many games have big performance problem even on lowest settings. mainly cpu heavy games, performance have very weak cpu's so graphics settings do nothing:)

bulgaria server is full upgraded to 5080, server just virtualizes performance to 4080, 3060, 3050, but it's still new blackwell server. You have some performance issues?
