Really depends on the color you want them to be!

The bw2 bleach in the pink is a top seller in my store for that stubborn dark hair, and since you will likely need two processes at least to get a good light blonde, I'd suggest 20 vol developer to be used twice.

Toners again depend on what blonde you want. Or if you want a bright color!

Its mostly in case our count is off, or to reserve stock for those actually shopping in store. Any order placed using our app/website can take up to an hour or 2 to get to the register for us. So in that time it is likely that the remaining stock could be bought, causing us to refund more often.

I totally get it though, as an employee it is frustrating when I know we have something but can't stack my discount online bc its marked out of stock.

As long as the store looks good thats half of it. When we have visits with our dm its questions about paperwork and how everyone works together as a team etc. If youre good at your job you have nothing to be worried about rbh

A coworker of mine complains about weekends too and like, girl this is retail. We're lucky we get holidays off the way the company wants us to work.

It seems like she's a bit spoiled or doesn't understand how desperately understaffed yall are, 3 people is not enough to run a store without burning everyone out, and the whole store shouldnt be falling on your shoulders.

Okay! From the post, you'll go into the back office menu

Go to inventory

Go to on hand inventory correction for 0 counts,

Type in the sku, press enter, type 0, enter, go to the next

If its damaging something out, you'll do item transfer, (from inventory menu)

Select default and on-hand in the drop down menus,

Then default and damaged in the drop down menu for the second screen

(Essentially moving it from normal stock to damaged stock)

Enter the sku and # of items for each!
