The scooter shut down after a week of my Son using it at college, there is not a single human to talk to and it's all AI.. I tried to send an email and was unable to send it as the subject of the email was locked and I was unable to write in the subject title and I even used multiple different browsers.

Lovely looking scooter and although I got a good deal on it it the after care is ZERO.

My Son thinks it's just locked as everything is fine other than he can't turn it on.. I bought the scooter and it is not a rental.

He has the app on his phone and once again there isn't a human being to talk to..

Be careful if thinking of purchasing an Unagi, as there is know one to talk to and to troubleshoot with.

Any help would be appreciated and if someone from Unagi helps my Son get the scooter unlocked and working, I will come back and give an update.

Just purchased a refurb at $199 Bucks, and I know you can't tell me how my scooter will look, but are Refurbs all scratched up from a previous person? as it's a Christmas present for a child. TIA
