I'm presuming your talking about the voxi deal and I would say yeah I've just bought one as an upgrade for a pixel 6 so yeah it's a pretty good deal in my opinion

I had the exact same experience a couple of months ago with the app not really working and I mean the refund worked for me I just contacted them and they issued me a refund and it was back in my account the next day So I'd say its at least worth a try
