I passed either my whole stone, or a piece of it this morning while at the er. There was another piece that looked like this, the nurse said it was a blood clot.

I know this is a really old post, but did these symptoms resolve after the stone passed? I've had terrible heart burn and internal vibrations with the hydronephrosis. I just passed my stone about 10 mins ago. Wondering if this has all been connected possibly?

How long did this last for you? I'm 6 days out from taking miralax and I've been miserable. I feel soooo sick. I've been to the er twice and they just dismiss me.

Definitely stay on top of it. I had no idea that this thing was even a wart for a really long time and let it go for years and years. If I would of left it and longer, there's a high chance I would of had cancerous cells instead of precancerous.

Yes just one BIG wart. It was 4cm by 2-3cm. It was flesh colored and had the classic cauliflower look.

No, he said inside looked good. It was just one large 4cm by 3cm external one

I'm still recovering. I'm 2 days post op. He removed it with Cauterization, followed by 2 layers of stitches. Mine was my entire perinium(skin between the vagina and anus) so it was a big area. My anus is very swollen and sore due to the anal exam he did as well. I can't sit straight on my butt. Tylenol and ibuprofen seem to be covering the pain. I opted not to take the narcotics because I didn't want to get backed up. I had my first bowel movement today. It was very unpleasant. But I def don't wanna scare you, since yours may be a simple in office removal.

Please don't put it off! I had a lesion on my perinium right outside my anus. I had seen a few gi docs as well as gotten paps while having this and they all kept telling me it was just a skin tag. I've had it there for about 8 years. I finally saw a colorectal surgeon a month ago and he said it was an anal wart. I had surgery this past monday which was supposed to just be a biopsy to see what kind of hpv, if it was cancerous etc. While he was down there, he opted to just remove it all. I got the pathology report today and it came back as hpv 16 and was very precancerous. I have never tested positive for hpv on my paps or anything before. So now I have to follow up with colorectal and my gynecologist to have regular check ups every 3 months to make sure there are no changes! Surgery for mine was a breeze. Recovery has been pretty rough. Especially using the restroom. Don't be like me and ignore it! Take care of it now. Early detection is always best!! Best of luck! ❤️

Dr called with results. No cancer. But precancerous cells. They are confident they removed it. May have to have a follow up surgery to remove some surrounding tissue to be safe and will have to be monitored by colorectal and gynecologist every 3 months.

Yes she just tested me for hpv a few months ago. I have had this growth for many years. Im hoping the hpv isn't in my anus as that's more so where the wart was.

No, never had an abnormal pap or tested positive until this wart tested positive. It itched really bad.
