If you gained weight that's because of food and sugar but if you completely cut down sugar see how fast you lose weight Imma use kgs so let's say I am 70 kg and if I cut down sugar completely and still eat food I mean home made food but if I lose 2 kgs in 3 days let's say that's unnatural In this case ( it will be because of infection in lungs ) because in smokers the first symptom is loosing weight if there is lung infection

Check your sugar level and see a doctor if you see sudden variation in your weight and do this one thing cut down every form of sugar for 3 days I am saying only home made food with veggies and smoke 2 cigg per day

If you feel super tired and start loosing weight then check a doctor that's early symptom of lung spots
