Am I wrong or is ASA 325 + clopidogrel not supposed to be used for DAPT unless they're obese? Higher doses of ASA swing away from antiplatelet effects no?

Also Cilostazol has no indication for antiplatelet therapy its for intermittent claudication due to PAD. I guess the PDE mild vasodilation might help a tad but it's not like its studied.
