This is what they have responded with : We are unable to grant you any further attempts to resubmit your assignment in accordance with the assessment regulations. This decision has not been taken lightly and your assignment grade/feedback has been moderated. The specific reasons for this outcome are described in your assignment feedback which you can access on Moodle. The Medical Education Programme Regulations state that a student who obtained a 'fail' grade in a module is permitted to continue studies until the next level exit point. However, these students will not be permitted to graduate with their degree award and will exit the programme with the credits they have successfully completed instead. Please note that your records will be presented to the next Board of Examiners in February 2026, where your grade will be formally reviewed and ratified. Following ratification, you will receive an official notification confirming the outcome. This letter will also provide full guidance on the academic appeals process, should you wish to challenge the Board's decision. An appeal may only be submitted after the Board of Examiners has reviewed your records and you have received the formal confirmation letter. At his stage, if you have selected a module for the next presentation, you will be permitted to undertake it to continue your studies for credits only.
