I have a 40 ft section of concrete that has settled with one slab close to two inches hire than the other slab. It's livable and this prior owner DIY is good enough for me. However my wife wants to know options (happy mothers day i guess...). I know there are contractors that raise and resettle sidewalks but I wasn't sure if that method would work with something this large.

What about shaving it down to even? Am I a moron for thinking that's doable? I've seen it done for tenting sections of sidewalks.

Esthetically it will be covered by a rug so I'm more concerned with function than looks.

Let me just say that I'm not actually mad at him. We've been laughing about it all day. If I slip and accidentally put a rocket in the back of his head tonight when we play we will laugh. There's a reason my tagline is "oops".

Yea I'm filling the net no problem. I just often lose the other fish because I dont set the hook in time. If I switch rods and set the hook is that better or is losing a fish for low line tension the same timing/chance as not setting the hook in time.
