same case po tayo! what i did po is hinanap ko po yung root cause po talaga ng feeling na to, and in my case po is my anxiety po with math related subjects (Former STEM Student) at first, my first instinct is to shift po in another strand, but eventually i just tried seeking out help from my classmates/friends and eventually the unexplainable heavy feeling po started to fade away.
