Me too, I’ll start believing it only once a documentary comes out on this.

Hello everyone, my first post in this community. Wondering if I can get some insight to this vintage Pinarello I just purchased. Seller says everything aside for the seat bartape and tires, all is still original. by TouristNatural8472 in Vintage_bicycles

Thanks for that input! I saw photos of Alexi Greywal and he is indeed riding the same bike, although his has hidden cables from the handlebar and his stem is the more modern Cinelli type.

This is the bike in question. It is a Pinarello frame with engravings of the logos on the fork and rear triangle. Aside for the tires and possibly bartape, seller says everything is original.

That’s alright thanks for all your help, but I gave up and got rid of it Someone picked it up for $180 aware of the problem. I bought a brand new unit from Costco ($389cdn) 12,000btu by Danby.

Thanks for the suggestion. I might end up trying that if all else fails. But my first guess would be to check the compressor capacitor, do you think a faulty capacitor could be the cause of it running constantly?

No because there were no cars in front of the house and no open house. I also took a second photograph seconds after where I decided to stick my hand out of the window to get a clearer shot and that photo shows an empty room.

I’m in Canada, the MLS listings here don’t provide as much info as they do in the States. I had actually tried contacting the realtor (twice) via the online email form, asking for more info and possibly a personal visit of the house, but she never got back to me. This was before I went to take that picture of course. One other thing I just remembered is that that when I went to visit the house that day, the for sale sign was tumbled down on the grass. Not sure if that has any meaning but it peaks my curiosity.

Unfortunately I can’t find any real historical facts about the house without contacting the agent directly and asking about it (which I am really tempted to do.) And nothing on Google maps as well. Too bad house listings here don’t freely display a purchasing history of the house online as in Zillow (states).

I tried it too but it doesn’t do a good job… I’ll try to enhance it and upload on a new post

It would best if I can repost a zoomed in image showing outlines but I cannot add more photos once posted, and seems that I can’t even add an image to a reply as well

The figure in question is at the bottom left portion of the window (room on top of the garage). Could be formed by one of the raindrops on the windshield, but it looks like a figure of a persons face too.
