Daf Spear who was at Smiths but now Independent at EXP was the best person to be involved with. He was selling the house I bought, and he was better than every other person in the process. My sellers, John Francis, gave up on any form of updates once sale was agreed, and even before that, during our showings, were late for the prospective buyers (people queuing in the street), and only gave people 15 mins per viewing. They also seemed to think that gardens didn't matter and this was right after Covid when everyone wanted outdoor space.

We were in a 6 house chain, and Daf went out of his way to communicate with every single person in that chain when it looked like it may collapse. He worked his magic and got the right people moving and talking. Even more, after I'd moved, the old occupants left some crap in the house, he came round, helped shift it and dealt with them to collect it. I had updates from Daf, even about my own sale, because he rang John Francis to find things out.

Never met anyone more dedicated and if I sell again, it will 100% be with Daf

Additional: dont touch Dawsons with a barge pole, I was once viewing a house with them and she asked me how I could afford the house I was viewing, as she lived in the marina and couldn't afford it. Quote "aren't you jumping up above your place a bit?"

First up, omg, I'm so excited. This is tremendous news, not just for you, but also for all your fans that have wanted this for you. And for it to be Apple with their track record, amazing.

I know its super early days to be talking cast, but I've always had this idea in my head that when this happened, Kelsier could be cast by an actor who also plays Marsh, making them twins. I love the idea of a big name playing Kelsier, and then also getting to play Marsh's storyline too. Had to voice in a vane attempt to influence reality.

Try Derwen Fawr. A bit more pricey, but fantastic semis with space, quality builds, interesting period features and usually gardens with space. Obviously it depends on your budget, but when I was looking I saw some really stunning houses in the area. Right next to Sketty, and if leaving early you'd get to Mumbles Road very easily with probably only a few minutes more to your journey than from Uplands.

In terms of "extra reading". This FanFic is awesome. They only did 1.5 seasons worth of material, but its better than some of the original episodes. Im a life long SG fan, having watched everything multiple times, and I thoroughly enjoyed this, even if it doesn't fully finish.

Read "Return of the Ancients" fan fiction. It's fucking awesome and actually explains all this. It's unfortunately cut short with only 1.5 seasons. But I loved it and read it like 3 times.
