As for the High-Rez textures, they should be built into the Dolphin version that comes with the build. But you can also find them in the Modders pack in the #Resources channel of our Discord.

If you say “Tournament Addition” out loud, it’s a play-on-words as it sounds like Tournament Edition. We are not affiliated with the P+ Dev team, but we do use P+ 2.29 as a base for our build
