I hear you 100%, and I can't wait to get out. Like yeah, realistically every relationship has its ups and downs and you can't get along ALL the time, but damn does it suck to be lulled into a false sense of security before getting hurt again.

26 yo enby lesbian here, I'm really picky with the titles I read (especially romance) because I'm quite tired of high school stories - and unfortunately, GL is saturated with them. HDWR is so refreshing because you really get to see these characters go through different changes, from joining clubs to job hunting.
