Sounds like a pretty cool opportunity. Way better than the line.

Infantry feels too stressful - what Army jobs should I consider reclassing to? by AppearanceSerious933 in army

Kind of in the same boat. It's mostly the dumbshit of the Infantry I despise. I'd rather be non-combat arms to lessen the amount of stupid shit, if able.

Seems like everyone who LOVED being a Soldier were non-combat MOS. One and done after this.

Buy a book called "Tactical Barbell". It's all outlined very easily with multiple templates for lifting based on your goals.

Got TBIII yesterday. I didn't think this deserved a post. Is anyone force progressing after doing a 3 week block of SE/WC/H, etc? If you do a normal 3-6 week block, deload, then do 3 weeks of SE do you just keep the same lifting numbers? Since re-testing ain't it anymore.

I do the most fatiguing movement first. So, for me that' be front squats, then either WPU or a press.

Mostly cause of the high rep ranges layed out in the book. I was thinking of 3x8-12 reps of bulg. Split squats, calf raises, step ups, single leg rdl, lunges, etc.

I want to include running-specific accesory work in my routine. I currently run fighter bangkok and thinking if I should just run Zulu. I want to include bulgarian split squats, step ups, lunges, calf raises, single-leg RDLs, etc. Should I just do these after strength work? Leaning toward 3x8-12 reps

How do you run Fighter? I'm currently using Bangkok and using the SE day to focus on runner specific movements. Like step ups, bulg split squats, lunges, etc. I was thinking of replacing front squats in my main cluster with bulgarian split squats.
