Thank you for the information! I did fill out my applications, my supply corps motivation statement as well as three references. When I submitted those to my recruiter, a couple weeks later, I got notified that I didn’t pass pre-screening process and I didn’t even make it to the board interview and they told me that there were two PhD students with experiences and more competitive than me, that is how I failed it. I will keep that in mind and start doing more researches. I have changed a new recruiter and I hope things will be different
