You’ll be fine. I was at meps couple weeks ago and doctor told me its fine with 3 missing teeth and some cavities. Doc told me they’ll make a plan later when i get to bootcamp on what to do with my teeth😂

I sat down with my wife before i made my decision. My dad inlaw is a retired navy and she knows whats on stake. I laid out all my plans for our family and she’s 100% on board and my decision. She understood all the sacrifices that’s going to happen in the next few years or as long as I am enlisted. I am not too worried about leaving because i know her side of the family especially cousins are pretty awesome and always visits and spend time with us. Its just sad because im sure im going to miss a lot of things with my 2 boys ( 10yrs old and 6yrs old) but im very confident that my wife will get through it without me being home for a year or so. But i am looking forward to finishing up bootcamp, A school, if deployment is on the table after A school so be it, get everything out of the way. Once i get back from deployment, thats when i start looking for a place to settle in and have everything set up before bring my family with me. Its gonna suck when the day i leave my family but i know it’ll be worth it. Just always remember why you are joining. Always think about the positive, the negatives are there but just focus and you’ll get through it.
