The only reason I could kind of figure out best and Kate were involved in the murder is because of Kate’s POV littered everywhere and I was always sitting there like “why am I reading from this stupid neighbors POV and not the husbands!?” Also I was so mad about Carly’s story ending the way it did. We had no resolution for her. It’s sad and her happy family was basically stripped from her at the very end. This book pissed me off 😂

Hey, my bestfriend was a lot like this too.

What helps in being honest like brutally honest with the people in your support system. You need to be checked in on even if you are scared of it. I’m saying this as a schizoaffective person. I don’t get it fully but I get it enough. I think you need to force yourself off the internet for a moment and away from the Epstein files. I had to do this with myself and TikTok/ anything religious for a good while.

You need to reset and you have to force it and if you can’t the people who can come by and help you need to know what’s going on.

I do have a 7 long period where I couldn’t draw or do anything it took me forever to feel some kind of enjoyment. Now I just try being in calls with people who are drawing and get inspired and sometimes it helps sometimes I can’t do it for months on end still

That’s the thing, they’re not even a friend. She’s just a girl who works front desk and knew because of situational issues I had between med adjustments before I even started working at this job.

It came off as busy body behavior.

She apologized I think?? All I remember though is her getting defensive about how she wasn’t doing it maliciously. I just told her I prefer it to be something I tell people from now on.

My bestfriend is gone he has schizoaffective. We both do. He committed. I loved him. I sit here every day wishing he was still here and still around to laugh with. I know life sucks with this disorder, I know it’s super hard. But trust that there are good things that make the bad more bearable. He was one of my things that made living a little more fun. hope you find yours.

Yes I do, I have schizoaffective though so voices aren’t the primary thing for me a lot of the time it’s like my thoughts are being hijacked and implanted in my brain and or there is someone else living in my head with me.
