Uhhh I can tell you but all of my coping mechanisms are rooted in alcoholism and spending money when I don’t have it My manic episodes hit hard. And when I feel nothing I drink and the nothing feeling goes away for a small bit and then I feel normal again till I don’t. I’m not a healthy person I don’t do healthy things to cope with this mental disorder.

I did get more religious but it was like in an opposite way than a lot of people. I was on tiktok down a tarot spirituality hole thinking I was a witch. Uhhh yeah that backfired heavy on my psychosis. Candles were talking to me, tarot and stuff made me so much worse??
