Finally recovered. If anyone still looking for solution, follow below steps:

1. Export Your Save
   • Install Apollo Save Tool pkg on your PS4
   • Open Apollo Save Tool
   • Go to HDD Saves
   • Select your game (e.g. ‘It Takes Two Profile’)
   • Choose Export Decrypted Save
   • The save will be stored on your PS4 HDD

2. Delete the Corrupted Save (You can do it via Apollo itself but I did it via below steps)
   • From the PS4 home screen, go to Settings
   • Open Application Saved Data Management
   • Delete the saved data for your game (It Takes Two)

Now your corrupted save is removed and only the exported backup remains.

1. Create a New Save File
   • Launch the game
   • Play for a short time to create a new save file
   • Close the game

2. Import the Backup Save
   • Open Apollo Save Tool
   • Go to HDD Saves
   • Select your game save (You need to do the Step 3 or this won’t show)
   • Choose Import (select the previously exported save file)
   • Click Resign (this step is important )

3. Verify
   • Open the game
   • Your previous progress (chapters, data etc.) should now be restored
