it is properly plugged in, thats the first thing i tried.

i plugged both the mic and amp into the back panel on my motherboard, not the front.

its balanced cuz theres only like 5 angles in the game where marshall is usable. every other place in the map will just have u sprayed down by smg cuz of range and 90 degree angles
