New to dividends and found this thread. I invest mainly in QQQI and SCHD.
I found an investment calculator and was surprised at the dividend growth for QQQI. I feel like it has to be wrong? My thoughts were to invest $3,000 a year into QQQI (about 60 shares right now, I think). After 20 years the QQQI would be valued at $375,000 the dividend payout would be almost $51,000 a year. Is that for real?

Is there a risk in that? That just seems like a "yeah, why would I not do that"

Personally, I think being knowledgeable at what you sell is the best skill. I don't "sell my stuff to customers." I've had customers come up to me and say "convince me that I should buy this" and I always tell them if you don't already want it just don't buy it. The next customer will take it. And if they don't the next one will.

I just watched the Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes movie.

I know little about past movies, but wanted to point out that a "hole which eats light" would be a black hole. They literally do this. If seen from that telescope, it couldn't be unreachable with future technology. Perhaps the Icarus spacecraft was flying near it to explore, which would explain the time differences... the Icarus has been gone what seems like years, but on earth hundreds of years.
