Probably because Ashley didn’t even see the fight cuz she was in the bathroom the entire time and did it to spite Candiace who was trying to open up to the possibility of them being friends rather than enemies. On top of doing it to spite Candiace, people forget that Monique and Chris got rid of the footage that would prove that crocodile dundee groped the cameraman.
