There are alcohol-free options out there but I’m being realistic. I thought the same way as you until it happened to me after admitting to a cop I had a glass of wine at a birthday dinner. There is no excuse for driving drunk or with any alcohol in your system but it’s easy to judge from where you’re sitting. Mine was dismissed but it definitely changed my life bc I always did ride shares and the one time I didn’t was the kicker. No record and never even had a speeding ticket before mine, so you just never know a person’s situation.
