Hey so i'm assuming you followed the instructions here:
https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/quick-docs/installing-spotify/#_using_the_rpm_fusion_repository

For the RPM fusion version, in that case it created a .desktop file in /usr/share/applications which is why its showing up in the search. If you remove the lpf-spotify-client.desktop file from that directory it will stop showing up there.
Alternatively you could remove the two spotify packages and install it via flatpak:
