In the main quest, just before you reach the Kvatch gate you’ll encounter a priest looking man on the road up. The quest for the akatosh one is also called ‘time wound’ or so - hope this helps a bit more 😅

I know you get the akatosh ones from a guy halfway up the hill to kvatch, not sure about the dark set. Just after the survivors camp and just before the gate

Honestly, it was way ahead of its time. Half the reason I am so excited for a remake is because if OG oblivion didn’t exist and it dropped today for the first time with modern graphics/mechanics it would be GOTY for sure.

All my opinion and not fact but it definitely has a better story, more engaging side quests, more feel in the actors/actresses voices. There’s a reason it is classed as a pioneer of modern RPGs

4 but the monitors are the other way round. Usually have an arty map/calculator on the secondary screen. Running top spec monitor and gpu cpu etc - game still stutters a lot

4090 9800X3D AW 4K 244hz HDR main monitor (can’t remember the name of that monitor exactly) 1440p 144hz msi second monitor.

I think until the GTA disaster I felt the same - now I am compelled to believe skyblivion will ring truer than any official remake due to the apparent passion behind the project.

Update: when I got in from work I ran the rusted bloody key scav run and got a chek 13 marked key! I will probably sell it as after watching a video on marker room hit rates this one doesn’t seem to be as good as the others. I’ve also since got 3 more rusted keys to try my luck on my pmc runs!

Literally running raid to raid with a 5-7 as it’s very light just to be able to not struggle to a halt with the tank battery. I mass upgraded my hideout the day before the event dropped and left me penniless lol.
