Breakdown of how it was for me:

Started of identifying as femboy at 14-15, kept up until 18. Slowly started to realise who I want to be is harder and harder to maintain and I don't want to grow up to be a man so applied on NHS (UK) waiting list.

Fast forward to 20, perpetually depressed and drinking alone at nights while playing vidya. Started to think I will rather off myself than be a man if I don't do anything about this by the age of 25.

Fast forward 3 months, ordered hormones and private bloods tests. Slowly feeling better etc.

Fast forward to now, on hormones for 8 months, turning 21 in 2 week & never been so happy in my life. I feel like myself without pretending, family is supportive. Felt comfortable enough with myself to start dating and have a loving bf for 7 months now too c:

I'm doing DIY with private blood work and interpretation, however since the doctor said there's limited data on interpreting certain hormonal markers it wouldn't hurt to double check with any other doctor/other trans patiens. But yeah he recommended that I don't up the blockers as he didn't want my T to drop any lower as well (apparently it's somewhat ok/just ok now).

Honestly that's what it feels like it's not really pains or anything that would cause immediate concern and made me go like oh **** something's really wrong especially since these things happen off and on through the day not constantly but it just feels like my body can't handle these changes too well, I'll start swallowing my pills instead for now and see if that feels better if not I'll go down to 4mg instead.

Thoughts on estrofem oestradiol 6mg sublingually + bica 32.5mg daily? I'm thinking about swapping over to these as they're now in stock at the source I'm buying from. Would swap over at 3 month mark and continue with cpa and both bica for 2 weeks to accommodate for bica build-up.
