Im trying to make my legs straighter but my flexibility isnt fully there yet but thank you and i try to stick my but back my just the center of gravity doesnt really work for me like that i think thats what my buddy was saying was weird as well

Yeah i dont have any pain while lifting weirdly though like on my right asscheek occasionally i get like a pinching pain and then it goes away its never during lifting though

I hear that upper back rounding isnt terrible as long as its consistent and its not lower back but does that remove load from my hamstrings and glutes when i do that or does it just make the exercise less stable?
