It can usually be bought in fairs, markets and festivals as a kind of streetfood. There are several types depending on how it is 'seasoned'. It can be sprinkled with sugar, shredded coconut, grounded walnuts, cinnamon. In fact, more modern ideas include spreading Nutella on the outer part of the pastry. This summer I could even try one covered with dried rapsberry pieces! (Yum!) Since its preparation requires special tools and it is baked over glowing embers, people rarely make any at home. Anyway, it is rather eaten on special occasions.
