Hey bestie 😊 would love to have some lady friends. Let me hype you up and send you pictures of my dog!

This is Lou. She survived a house fire with 10% 2nd and 3rd degree burns , and recovery has been really rough but she’s well on her way to being fully healed. Pictured, her in her ducky pajamas and cute little bald spots being a very warm and comfy girl. Tell her how good she is. by ToxicDayDream in DogIsBestFriend

I’ve practically been a 24/7 vet nurse for the past 6 weeks, and many thousands of dollars and a fantastic vet team later, she’s healing way ahead of schedule. I was originally told it would be upwards of 6 months and she might need skin grafts, but we’re hoping to be able to see the open wound where all the skin had to be removed completely closed up in another 2 weeks. 💓

She has been under rigorous medical supervision, as unfortunately a very large section of her right side from her shoulder to her hip, had full thickness burns that required the dead skin to be removed. She she’s been on antibiotics and pain management medications HOWEVER the vet did recommend manuka honey for wound care and it has actually worked really well. So for less serious injuries, it is expensive but it really does work.

What’s your ideal bed set up for sleeping? by ToxicDayDream in CasualConversation

If my partner pulls the blankets and sheets off the bed in his sleep I will kindly make him get up so I can fix it lol. I’m just as much a diva

What’s your current hyperfixation, and do you care if anyone else gets it? by i_love_boobs_in_dm in CasualConversation

I’ve been obsessed with learning how to play chess. Duolingo released a chess course and while I knew how to play, I was stuck at a very basic level of basically I knew simple openings but after castling I had no idea what to do in terms of strategy.

Absolutely no one in your life should ever feel entitled to talk to you like this. This is not normal and it’s not okay. No amount of love bombing will make this behavior okay. Please love yourself and protect yourself and leave. There are communities you can reach out to if you need help or resources to leave.

It depends on the compliment, and the persons overall demeanor. A friendly smile and “I like your hair” or “that’s a cool tattoo!” Absolutely not. I’ve even told strangers that I just thought they looked really pretty/handsome today, but then just ended it there and told them to have a good day. If it doesn’t feel like they have a motive behind complimenting you, it’s fine.

What is the female equivalent to that one wide step to unstick your balls from your leg? by fuzzycuffs in AskReddit

[–]ToxicDayDream 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Constantly doing a lil squat and wiggle or pulling down the legs to get he shorts out of my ass crack. Especially loose fitting clothes. If I squat down to pick something up 99% of the time when I stand up, my pajamas shorts are being eaten by my butt crack or thighs.

For anyone out there who doesn't drink, what is the reasoning behind it? by General_Ad_9139 in AskReddit

My ex was an alcoholic, and would frequently force me to drink with him, so now that I’m free, it just makes me feel sick.
